Bilyana made my apartment hunting experience a breeze. She was so helpful and communicative, and not to mention just so sweet. She spent a holiday weekend taking me all over New York in order to find the apartment I was looking for and I could not be more grateful. Highly highly recommend!

We had the easiest and best experience with Bilyana. We were looking for an apartment and wanted to move in very quickly and Bilyana made that happen for us! She is very kind, responsive, professional and great at her job! She was always making sure we liked what we saw and in just a couple days we went from not knowing where we were going to move, to signing a lease on an amazing apartment that checks every box we had. If you are planning for a move I could not recommend Bilyana enough

I had a great experience working with Bilyana to find an apartment and I highly recommend her and Luxury Apartments LIC to anyone looking for an apartment in the LIC/Astoria area.
At first, there weren''t any options that fit my budget and I asked her to follow up if anything within my search criteria comes up on the market. Surprisingly, even though it was 2 weeks after our initial conversation, Bilyana did follow up.
I had to find a new apartment very quickly and she was extremely helpful, responsive, kind, and very knowledgeable. She also listened to my preferences and requirements when visiting apartments and showed me only the ones that worked for me. I was able to see different options and made my decision quickly afterward.
Apartment hunting is usually challenging and can be stressful but Bilyana made it super easy and pleasant for me. She was not pushy and assisted me with the application process as well and with the lease signing. I cannot be happier to say that I found my dream home, thanks to Bilyana and Luxury Apartments LIC.
