I can highly recommend Ivan and Luxury Apartments LIC. Everyone went above and beyond what I expected a real estate company would do! My neighbors commented that the photos taken were better than what they got with their realtors. Had great traffic from potential buyers. My buyer posed several challenges along the way, but Ivan was able to guide me and speak with the buyer on my behalf. The closing went without a hitch! Would definitely use them again in the future. These guys are the real deal. I was moving from across the country and set about to find the right apartment with just about a month before moving date. It is no easy task to find a building and management team I could trust from 3000 miles away, and then to be a successful applicant in such a competitive rental market. Asen and Ivan made it easy, successfully pairing me with a couple suitable units in LIC including those that were not yet listed publicly for applicants.
