This apartment is a dream. Excellent quality, and amenities. It really feels like a hotel. all the front desk staff are great and make an effort to get to know you. The application process was a breeze. Ivan was extremely helpful and was able to show the place with very short notice and made sure I had everything I needed after move in. All around excellent experience.

My fiancé and I worked with Pavla and Vlad, and they were awesome! We messaged Pavla around 8 am, and by 11 am, Vlad was showing us multiple different properties in LIC. They negotiated $100 off our lease and got us free amenities for the year. I definitely recommend working with them!

I worked with Pavla, Vlad and Ivan during my search (which only took a span of about 4 days to schedule a visit, view the apartments, and sign my lease) and I could not have had a better experience! Everything went so smooth from start to finish, and they were extremely accessible throughout the whole process. They answered all of my questions within minutes (no matter what time I sent them a message), and helped to accommodate all of our needs. Because of them, we were able to find our perfect home flawlessly and much quicker and easier than I''ve experienced with other companies in the past!!

I had a really pleasant experience with these guys. They triaged my needs before showing me anything, then were very knowledgable when it came to which buildings/management companies could satisfy them. They only showed me the places I wanted to see, and did not try to pressure me into seeing anything else. I''ve had a very positive experience with Ivan and Pavla. Their approach is more personalized than that of other broker''s I''ve worked with before, and I felt that I was treated as a human being. Pavla was eager to share useful info about the neighborhoods we were visiting - like the location of shops, parks etc, the communication was very good - they quickly responded to my text messages and questions, and Ivan also was very pro-active in negotiating certain lease conditions with the building to accommodate my needs. Although a lot of the buildings they show you can see by yourself, without an external broker, it takes time to find such buildings online, to search for units within your price range and then to schedule individual appointments. I felt that this company''s service has an added value as they presented me with a range of options matching my requirements in different buildings and we were able to see a few of them in one day.
