Neighborhood Guide

Astoria

Astoria is technically a part of Long Island City, however, because of its rich history and its size, it is often discussed on its own.

It is situated in northwest Queens and the properties have affordable, but appreciating real estate prices.

The neighborhood consists mainly of two-family, semi-attached homes, however in the last 10 years, developers and investors started building private and mid-size luxury residential buildings as well. Since our concept is about luxury apartments we needed to step in and master all of these buildings in this area in order to better serve our clients. We are proud that along with Long Island City’s luxury high-rises, we also have established sophisticated networking and work connections and have a plethora of luxury buildings we represent in Astoria as well.

Astoria is a breath of fresh air from Manhattan, it feels more neighborhoody and there is a sense of community here. The neighborhood is a truly hidden gem when it comes to eating and cultural options.

In Astoria expect to discover trendy restaurants, modern art, and waterfront properties You’ll find Astoria’s laid back rhythm and lower price points a refreshing respite from nearby Midtown Manhattan.
